Recurring Credit Card Payments
Steuben Rural Electric Cooperative is now accepting recurring credit card payments.  Members can click the eBill tab above , log in and set up recurring credit card payments.  First time visitors to eBill will need to register first to have online access.  Members can also contact the main office at 1-800-843-3414 for assistance.   Once set up, payments for your electric bill will be automatically drafted on the 20th of each month and charged to you credit card.
 
After Hours Outages

Steuben Rural Electric Cooperative has a new after hours telephone number.  Members will need to call 1-866-430-4293 after business hours, weekends and holidays to report any interruption of service.  During regular business hours, our Bath office may be reached at 607-776-4161 or 800-843-3414 and our Cherry Creek office may be reached at 716-296-5651 or 800-883-8236.
