The electric transmission (New York State Electric & Gas) to Steuben Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc., my electric provider, in my area causes most of our outages. Their reliability is terrible and needs to be improved. Their outage caused an outage at my service on _____________(date) for ______________(hours).

Require New York State Electric and Gas to maintain their transmission system.

I called 1-800-572-1131 during the last transmission outage on _____________(date).
