Water Heater Rebates PDF Print E-mail

Steuben REC has updated the water heater rebate program.  Previously the rebate was for Marathon Water Heaters only. Now members are eligible for a rebate with all brands of electric water heaters. The member must be current with their SREC billing.  Rebates will not exceed the cost of the water heater.

  •  Fossil fuel to electric - $250.00 rebate
  •  Electric to electric - $1.00 per gallon of capacity rebate
  •  Electric Thermal Storage install - $250.00 rebate 

All units require the installation of a load control device to qualify for the rebate.
