maintenance of a high pressure sodium |
| (HPS) security light for a flat fee of only $8.60 per
month. There is no kilowatt usage charge and |
| the fee is added to your monthly bill. If you are

| Third Party Agreement |
| Occasionally you may be ill, incapacitated or away from
home and unable to pay your electric bill. As a result, your electric
utility service may be disconnected. To protect you, the Cooperative
offers the opportunity for you to designate a third part, such as a
relative, or a friend, to receive notice of any disconnect. The Third
Party Agreement does not make the third part responsible for paying any part

| Gift Certificates |
| Steuben REC now offers gift certificates for
sale. They are available in denominations of |
| $5, $10, $20, $25, $50, $75 or $100.
These make the perfect gift for the person hard to |
| buy for. The certificates can be applied
to a member's electric bill, the purchase of a |
| Marathon water heater or any HomeGuard surge
