New York Power Authority - America's largest state-owned power enterprise.  Provides some of the lowest-cost electricity in New York State.  Operates 21 generating facilities and has more than 1,400 circuit-miles of transmission lines.   National Rural Electric Cooperative - The national service organization dedicated to representing the national interests of consumer-owned cooperative electric utilities and the consumers they service.   New York Energy $mart - The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority has a number of programs to help New Yorkers improve the energy efficiency and comfort of their homes.   Otsego Electric Cooperative, Inc. - A progressive cooperative that meets its members' needs.  It has been providing electricity to the rural area for over 50 years.   Oneida-Madison Cooperative - Established in 1941 and presently serving more than 1,600 customers.   Delaware County Electric Cooperative - Operates some 836 miles of distribution lines, serving more than 4,400 members.   Steffes ETS Products - Electric Thermal Storage products.     BACK
