New Service Installations Meeting Line Extension Policy Requirements*
| Basic credit of $1,700 for a service without an electric hot water heater. Services with an electric hot water heater will have a credit of $1,900 and a free marathon water heater. The credit for an all electric home will be $3,400 and a free Marathon water heater.
