Uniform Terms and Conditions |
| 1. The Board of Directors will determine a budget for the 70 and over refunds, | |
| yearly. | |
| 2. Interested members will be solicited each year in the December Energizer | |
| with a deadline for requesting the refund of March 31. | |
| 3. Refunds will be paid to the oldest interested member first and continue | |
| until the funds are used. | |
| 4. The applicant will fill out an application with proof of age when informed | |
| by the Cooperative that they have been selected for a refund. | |
| 5. Refunds will not be made to members who are not current on their | |
| electric bill. | |
| 6. All members receiving refunds under this new Bylaw section agree to | |
| donate all future capital credits to the Cooperative. Each will also certify | |
| that as long as they are living at the residence or using it as a seasonal | |
| residence on Cooperative lines, then the meter at that service will remain | |
| in their name. | |
| 7. Members indicating an interest but not receiving a refund will be carried | |
| over to the next year's list. | |
